- Sandbox journey complete. You have a sandbox wallet, sandbox bank account, and at least one sandbox offramp in your history.
- Live identity verified. The Production section of the dashboard shows your identity as approved. If it’s still “in progress,” wait for the partner to complete the review.
- Live bank account added. You have at least one bank account listed under Production. It should be past any cooldown period if it isn’t your first.
- Live wallet provisioned. The Go-Live modal provisioned your production wallet. You can confirm it in the Wallets tab while the dashboard is in Production mode.
- Mode toggle set to Production. The header control shows Production as the active mode.
- First live offramp confirmed. Send a small amount through the dashboard to verify the full quote-execute-settle loop against your production bank account. The transaction should appear in your production history.
If something stalled
If your live identity review is taking longer than expected, see Troubleshooting for guidance on stuck KYC. The same page covers bank-rejection causes if your production bank account was declined, and deposit-detection steps if a deposit isn’t showing up. For anything you can’t resolve from the dashboard, contact support@veil.co with your account email and a brief description.See also
